1. Record any audio from a meeting, dictation, or video. 
2. Click Add Project and save a project name.
3. Click Add folder and save a folder name.
4. Click Start new recording
5. Type a recording name.
6. Type the name of the first speaker.
7. Click Create recording.
8. Select a audio/video file or a link to a audio/video file.
9. Click process.
10. When done, click on the file name to review the transcript.

Audio is recognized on a 1 to 1 ratio, so 1 minute of audio takes 1 minute to recognize.
